Default Help!! A/C is ticking!!

OK I jus got my TC RS1 a little over a month ago, of course it was used, but its in great shape, no dent or dings and has average low miles as well.
The other day, I turned on the car, turned the a/c on, and noticed it had this faint ticking noise coming from under the passenger side dash area. So my bf( drives an 04 White SRT) took it to the dealership where we got it, and they took apart te blower motor compartment only to find a crazy amount of leaves caked up in the blower motor area. They removed the leaves, told me "the tick" was gone, drove home and it started ticking ever so slightly again. Has this happened to anybody before? The ticking coming from the a/c blower motor?...My BF is thinking it could possibly the bearing going bad in the blower motor. Anybody chime in with your thoughts, and inputs please??

well this is when it is running, not when the dialed is turned....the faster i make it blow colder and faster, the faster and louder the ticking becomes. Well the dealer I bought it from only provided it with a months worth of warranty work. My BF use to work there so I am sure they can cut us a good deal. But IDK wat it could be honestly

You probably already checked this, but make sure the vents are all open. Mine make noise when they are closed.
