Hi everyone, I'm having a couple problems/questions here and was looking for some help/advice/comments or anything...

I have a 2006 Classic Silver tC (auto) and was looking to sell it because I no longer can afford it because i've decided to return to school. My mom co-signed for the car 2 years ago but i have made EVERY payment for the car. So she is the "Buyer" and I'm the "Co-Buyer". Does anyone know if it's possible for me to sell the car even if i'm just a co-buyer? Also, can I just sell it without her being there? (She lives far from me). Also, what would be the fastest way I can get rid of my car?? giving it back to the dealer?, crashing it? auction? lol yes it's a serious question..and what would be the repercussion from each


last but not least, what's a good selling price for my car?? It's a 2006 Classic Silver tC, Automatic, it has a lil below 30k miles and the only defect it has a lil scrape on the back bumper (its hardly noticeable) oh and it has TRD springs...I have ALL the receipts of the work done on the car (and the work/oil changes) was done only at a SCION dealership where I purchased the vehicle...

Your mom co-signed, but put her as the main "Buyer", while you make the payments...she's smart.
