Help- Oil cap gasket fell off
Hey Guys,
When I was changing oil a while ago and when I unscrew the oil cap, the rubber gasket fell out of the cap. Here's what I mean by the gasket, its a circular ring tucked into the cap.

The gasket has different shapes for the two surfaces. One is completely flat, and the other is lightly rounded. My question is, which of the two surfaces is the one that makes contact with the engine block? Can some of you guys check it for me? Just remove the oil cap and see if the gasket surface is rounded or is it completely flat?
Thanks.
Mike

Well, I wanted to be safe. I thought so as well, but the thing is that the engine block also have a ring protruded out to meet the gasket. So I put the flat edge of the gasket toward to block.
Mind looking, please?
