I have an 05 tC and I want to replace the headlights with a housing that has HID projector but I don't want halos does anyone have any brands they could suggest?

 

I personally have never seen aftermarket projectors without halos. I would say you have two options either keep or replace the factory housing and retrofit it with projectors or just buy projectors with halos and simply don't wire up the halos so they don't light up.
