HOLE IN MY BUMPER!!!! *PICS*
AHHHH!!!! I'm so F*ing ____ed! I just got back from visiting my boyfriend who lives about an hour away. When I got out of my car I looked back at it and found something HORRIFYING!!! I have a hole in my bumper a little bigger than the size of a quarter. It looks like a rock hit it and went right through. You can't imagine how ____ed I am about this. Wouldn't a rock just bounce off or at least dent the thing and not go ALL THE WAY THROUGH it!? Has anyone else noticed that the body on the tc is really cheap!? I've got a friend who drives a Azure tc and he's got a crack in the front bumper and a chunk taken out of the side skirt. He has no idea how those happened either.
So basically I'm just wondering if I can have my bumper fixed/replaced under warranty. Has anyone else cracked/broken any part of the body of the car from just normal driving?
My car is 3 months old and already is falling apart!

I don't see how what happend to your car falls under any type of any car manufactures warranty . . . only thing to do is either buy a new bumper, upgrade to a body kit, or get a body shop to fix the mess. :?
Ouch, thats a pretty big hole. You musta hit a really fast moving rock. I highly doubt the dealer will replace your bumper for a hole. On the plus side, its right where the front license plate should be. You might be able to cover it up with either a license plate or one of those novelty license plate things.
Might not have been a rock - there are lots of dumbasses who have crap sticking out of the back of their vehicles (usually trucks).
A couple of cars ago, I was parked behind a pickup who had two of pieces of metal shaped like the corner pieces of a rack jutting off the back. I thought I gave him lots of room to get out, but sure enough, next morning the truck is gone and I've got two L-shaped perforations in my bumper.

The dealership won't cover it. But it is bull____--unless somebody shanked your car with a screwdriver, that should not have happened.
Looks like you're going to have to mount a front plate now, sorry :?

Your bumper and grill look like they have taken a beating... what kind of roads do your drive on?!
Anyway, in TX we have to have front plates, but if that happened to me in a spot I couldn't easily cover I'd use some bondo to fill it in, and then touch it up as best I could... touch up is easier on dark cars, but I wouldnt shell out hundreds of dollars on something that will get pounded by rocks and cars all the time... (thus the word "bumper"). Just my opinion.

see if you had your front lisence plate on it would of never happend. But dont cover it up w/ it now , get it fixed because if you dont over time its gonna get bigger and cause lots of rust. Get it fixed... estimate will probably cost you 200 bills to get it fixed though or maybe even more
Thanks for the imput guys. I may have to put a front license plate on it after all. I go to school in Kentucky and bought the car here but my main residence is in Ohio, my drivers license is from Ohio, and my Insurance is in Ohio so I'm pretty sure I have to have the car titled in Ohio... which requires a front plate.
Either way I'm heading to the dealership after class to _____ them out. I may possibly see if my insurance will cover it. We'll see....

It may have been a rock. If plastic gets really cold, like it did recently here on the east coast, it can get brittle. Maybe the plastic gets too brittle because they used some cheap crap. But usually it should be abs which is fairly bulletproof. Someone who has a wrecked TC should take a piece of the bumper, freeze it and whack it with a small hammer and see what happens.

but its not from normal driving well u could say normal....i rear ended a truck with a tow hitch at like 1 MPH
