Default Holy crap!

So today in the mail there was a sweepstake by a local car dealership for 10,000$ and guess who won it =O lol well not me but my parents did lol. Still damn good news, if only I could use like just 1/10 of it on my car that'll be even better lol, but that wouldn't happen they're getting a new car with that money so i guess that aren't bad either.

no its a adverisement for each house with all the cars they're selling and there is a sweepstake with a number that you need to match, you scratch the circle and if it match you win. She scratched didn't believe it called them up and said she'll be getting check tomorrow if she go claim it lol.

Ive seen those before where it says you win xx,xxx amount of dollars but if you read at the bottom is says "off of a brand new car blah blah blah"
its just a way to get your business. But if this is real and they just hand them a check. AWESOME!

be careful. A lot of those went around years ago. When you claim it, they ask for a checking account number.. so they can drain your accounts. If they have the option to claim in person at a reputable business, then that would be safer. But chances are it will be 10k off a new car, with a bunch of stipulations, and in th end they will get what a decent haggler would Hopefully that is not the case though and they actually get something.

hmm... if it's too good to be true, then it most likely is. i'd check around with your neighbors to see if they "won" also.

be careful with this like all the others have said, check into it totally and get *all* the details and read *all* the fine print before signing anything!
