with smoked tail lights. epically the really dark ones, pass inspection?

i had my OEM tails painted and no where in ny would pass me i went to 3 places. are the laws different by you, or do you swap them out come inspection time?

 

i tinted my sisters tails really dark. Were in upstate NY. Lets just say that we have a friend that passes her inspection....

 

let's say...no sorta "mod" in cali is 'legal'

although i get followed alot by the popos for my tinted tails and they are not even that dark

 

yeah i live in NY i had to buy new tails.





i hear that CA is so rough man. you have other mods? they ever look under the hood?

 

It all depends where you live. Here in miami, it doesnt really matter.

 

yea NY is mad tough on this sort of stuff. HUGE Fines!!!

 

like krazyscion said, we get away with nothing out in cali. My friend got his tail lights smoked out, a week later he got pulled over. Same goes with driver and passenger window tinting, don't cops have anything better to do

 

damn, they can just open your hood for no reason also right? or is that just a rumor?

 

not really a problem in texas. if they hit the brakes and can see the lights. its all good. i left the body line in mine in red.

NOT that I'm complaining....

But here in Kentucky, we HAVE no inspections in the rural areas. I could light candles in the tail light holes and pop them up and down as I brake. I can run any exhaust, any intake, any turbo, any suspension, etc....etc....

Sometimes, it's GOOD to live in BUFU!

yea it was crooked, i took it off, my co-worker who has a honda badged integra put it on there as a joke. hence y it is crooked. he was gunna put it on upside down. thanks for the compliment on the spoiler
