I have spent about $3000 on floor mats, mud guards, trd springs, rear sway bar and the 19" wheel/tire set. Not to mention countless web surfing hours on tC reviews/pics/forums. I'm still looking for more good stuff to spend...

How much have you spent so far? Is Scion's aftermarket strategy working?

 

Mine came off the lot for a little over $22000 (lots of extras) since then I have dropped about $3000 into the stereo system.

I've spent about $2800 in upgrades - mostly sound system. Damn, didn't seem like a lot until I typed it.

Floor Mats, Cargo Mat, Interior Lighting, Sub Boxes, Gas, Motor Oil, Oil Filter, Mr. Clean Washer, Mr. Clean Refill Filters, etc.

I'm going to be spending ~1.2k on a custom stereo system/media center PC that I will be putting together myself (will probably be cheaper since my friend works at Best Buy... at cost + 15% is my friend :D).

But as of now, $300.

 

About $300 if you include the sound deadening stuff I just bought. In the end I won't have put more than $1500 in my car, because all I want more is components, sub, and two amps. Maybe TRD Springs one christmas .

 

Let's see, my only major purchase towards the car so far is my AUX-POD (and the miscellaneous wires that go along with it). I'm saving up for some sort of supercharging goodness.

Then tinting for the windows. Might get the short shifter and rear sway bar, depending on how things feel. Nothing really special, just for fun.

 

24 bucks for floor mats... but i did pay 1500 for extended warranty. system and sway bar on the "to-buy" list.

 

Uhh bro,ur friend is hosing u to make extra loot. I work at best buy, we get items at cost plus 5 percent, not 15. Ask to see a receipt next time cause he's pocketing that extra cash. My other buddy does the same thing to people.

 

Bone stock and in school, maybe on my next car. Other than rims and some sounds, I wouldn't spend too much on this car as far as the speed aspect goes because it's just not that kind of ride.
