dude, just buy your stuff from www.newegg.com bestbuy should be called "worstbuy". At cost +_ 15% is still probably 30% higher then you'll have to pay for computer parts over the web.

Hang on... are we talking about the add-ons from the dealer as well? 'Cause my tC was a little over 21K when I picked it up (ground fx, security, pedals, shift ****, sub, ...). But haven't spent a whole lot more since then. At this point I'm really more interested in performance add-ons, not ICE.

Just out of curiosity, were the purchases you guys made planned from the begininng? Like, "Well, my car is going to be around 20K, so then I have about 3 or 4 grand to drop on extra stuff". Or was it more after the fact, like, "Oh, I should go buy that thing for my car now!" I'm sorry to say that my personality kinda leans toward the latter.

I'm a loyal customer of newegg, I buy all computer parts there. The parts I'm referring to are the stereo system and in-dash LCD screen... I think it has to do with the Best Buy in Auburn. My friend isn't pocketing the cash since I do have the receipts, maybe it's 15% because of it just opening up? Who knows...

-$200. Traded some stuff for the roof rack, and ended up making 200 bucks on the deal. This isn't counting the 23mpg anytime I drive around with a bike on the roof (combined with winter gas). :?

lets see i have spent
$600 on a kicker 1200.1 amp
$325 on a hifonics atlas 12"sq sub
$800 is what scion of naperville charged me for my trd coil install (after they quoted $300 i had to take it or i would have to wait for another bsp manual tc witch wold take a while)
$300 for tint thats limo on the hatch 25% on the side mirrors and 35% on the driver and passenger sides
$85 for the trd sway bar
$35 in wood to make my box for my sub
$20 in carpet
$35 for cables and a fuse for my amp
$10 for a bass remote
$70 i forgot about the door sills
$20 for 2 crome licence plate frames
$20 for 2 dynamat licence plate sheets
$325 for the injen exhaust
$125 for the twm short shifter

so i guess so far i have spent $2770 and i still have to buy a new head, unit another amp, another sub, some monitors, a dvd player, my intake, my exhaust, my short shifter, my strut brace, my header, some rims axis reverbs with some kdw2, and a katzkins lether interior then ill wait for the super charger to come out so i still have anoter $7450 to spend thats a ruff est. it will probly be more then that but well see

Mhhhmmmm leather. I think a Bazooka tube and amp will be next. The stock sound system sucks butts!!!
