Yeah I went name brand instead of knockoffs like alot of people do. The bodykit price includes paint and other misc things to make it work. But I installed it myself so that saved me over $1000 on the total cost.

After this week it will be about $8,800. HOLLY CRAP! I could buy a small country with that. This includes install and tune of turbo and springs which are the only things I had installed by pros.

Not everything is listed in my profile and this doesn't count stuff I had but sold or got screwed up that would make the total about $10,800.00. This includes the LLC(?) grill, kenwood touchscreen, and my alarm/remote start that got F'ed up by the installers (that with install was about $700).

By the end of the year I should have about $10,000 with my carputer and some other things done.

Wow $1200 for a paint job? Who did it and is it at least as good as the original?

$23,XXX in mods / documented

about $18,000 in mods actually paid / documented
above and beyond the base price of the car. Not including labor

If I went off retail prices and had someone do the labor..... oh crap.. would be close to $30-35K in mods!!!

Yeah... I feel like a tard but the car is pretty sweet haha...

07 Scion tC....

Bought it 3 months ago....

Last week alone I put $1600 into it.... But I bought all the parts myself instead of buying a $4500 kit... So... Not that bad I guess? Still lots more to come... By the time I'm finnished with my engine alone I'll be spending over $8k...

Mods:
Short Throw Shifter
Stiffy Engine Damper
t3/t4 Stage 3 turbo
Turbo Inlet Manifold Gaskets
Cast Turbo Manifold
Oil filter Sandwich
Greddy Full Auto Turbo Timer

And a bunch of other things I just dont feel like going down the list yet...
