Iva had my tc for about a year now. Got it with 26k miles and now it's got 38k now, silver. I've done a little to it so far, got exhaust, Cai, and waitin on my carbon fiber hood. I wanna do so much to it tho. But anyways what's scion life. I hope to get more involved since I'll have more time getting out of the military finally. I'm in el paso Texas for now but originally Calibred.
I am thinking about buying a leftover silver 2010 tc. Its auto and has tints and the spoiler. They have 1500 off for market adjustment and 2000 off of msrp. The total would be 16,400. Is this something that i can negotiate for an even better price or should i jump on this?
Bought this tC 3 weeks ago from my place-of-work. 2009 with 10,282 miles. Needless to say within the first 2 weeks I had raised that number a bit.
I've got a carbon fiber engine cover for it, and I'm currently awaiting arrival of my GReddy strut tower bar. Soon to follow will be and HKS axle-back and an AEM cold-air intake. (Possibly some anti-sway bars down the road)
I'm excited for my time with this car. I had an '06 Civic coupe for 3 years, but had bits torn up fairly quickly so I gradually gave up on the little guy.

Hey everyone !! My name is Tina. I'm a 20 year old, broke college girl. I currently drive a 5speed 03 wrx with a decent amount of work done
buuuuut, due to the fact that my car is seriously a piece of crap, I've become obsessed with tC's. I'm still looking and saving for one. So hopefully, I'll have a bsp or sw 5spd tC in my drive way soon
But here's a few pictures of what I have for now

Hi all, I just bought my first Scion the Saturday before last so its been 9 days.
I wanted it bad as soon as I saw it, spent almost a month searching all the used car listings in OH and the "within 150 miles" searches for an 08 Scion tC with a system and a spoiler, and miles under 40k. I finally got lucky and made a 2hr drive to Norwalk OH to pick up this one. I was very lucky, I think. It came with all the neat things I've never had and drove like a dream. All in all I had to capture it because they were offering it for 13k it had 16665 miles and was only about 2yrs old and one owner. So far it seems I haven't been ripped off and I'm REALLY excited about customizing the hell out of this thing aesthetically.
I have a lot of questions, as far as customizing the tC goes. I am not going to be racing but I would like to take care of what people are calling the body roll issue, I want the car to drive well and handle curves and bumps without feeling like I'm losing control of the steering wheel. I'm not sure what kind of suspension and shocks I should be looking at for that. I live in Columbus OH and have no idea what places around here are the best for detailing a car, as in customizing the paint job and a place that does installs for interior lights and the wheel, exhaust and underbody lights? I have been looking at parts online but I do not have the know how to install. I will keep looking and asking around but if any of you know, give me a holler.
In the end I'd like my car to be more purple than blue with some sparkles over the racing line it has and some other places. It seems to be hard to find good interior seats that are purple and blue that don't interfere with the airbags....I found the customscion website that allows you to customize your interior with vinyl so I might be going that route if they allow me to send in custom designs. I did purchase a 'fast and the furious purple led exhaust light' out of curiosity and maybe that will look cool...That's all I got at the moment. I did upload pictures of what the car looks like now to an album.
Also, was wishing I could afford a WRX like what fromadigx has above, those are sweet cars but alas, I'm not sad about having a tC in the least. Here's a couple pics, hopefully they show up.

Just thought i would introduce myself, pretty new to the whole Scion thing as I have been a Mustang guy for years now but alas got tired of the whole 13mpg thing I had going on. Went out looking around last weekend and well i ended up bringing home a little 2005 Tc with about 54k miles on it one owner car and its bone stock so i think i have a nice little platform to build up. First plans i have are to fix the squishy suspension and chassis flex by throwing a set of TRD Struts and Springs as well as new front and rear sway bars and front and rear strut tower braces. I think that should stiffen things up to my liking as well as bring it down to a nice height. I also plan on adding the low profile rear deck spoiler to the back and im still searching for which front lip spoiler i wanna add so many freaking choices.... after those minor adjustments then im gonna start tearing into the engine and trans and see just what this little baby can do... ill try to make a build thread once i get things going and always welcome feedback and opinions.
Hi, Just got my first tC, was looking for a Celica but found this and my daughter talked me ito it.Its an 05 white with the TRD exhaust, lowered, short shifter,HID lights and cold air intake. It was a salvage out of Long Island NY and this is a pic if anybody on here knows the owner I would love to get some info on it.

New guy on the block. I'm turning 18 this week and start my job monday so i need a nice fun car. I talked to this girl for 3 months she had a 07 white tc and i got to drive it everywhere and ultimately fell in love with tc's. I am picking up a 2007 silver tc manual with 79,000 on it for 9500 this weekend and can't wait. Glad to be here and will most definitely post some pictures when i get her
Nobody has posted for a while, but i hope i can get an answer. I am 6ft tall i test drove a 2008 tC today and i felt so cramped up in the car. Why do the seats not go further back ? Or do you think the seat i was sitting in broken possibly ?
I'm 6'2 and fit fine in my tC, the trick is to put the seat all the way back and to put the seat **** as low as possible.
I got my 09 5-speed Flint Mica tC for Christmas. Planning on adding a few TRD parts (would rather go with another brand but I was kind of forced into getting the extended warranty by my father). Sadly it got a huge scratch down its side the second week I had my liscence.
Hello, this is my first day being on the forum and I want to say this is great! Been looking for a place to find information on the Scion tc.
I have grown very attracted to the Scion TC class; preferably the body styles; 2005, 2006, 2008, 2009, 2010.
Before I go out and buy one, which will be in a couple of months need money first, I wanted to know if anyone has any insight on which ones really outclass the others, design flaws, comparable spec chart, performance, etc etc. If anyone could link me somewhere with this information or be so kind to reply I would be obliged. Thanks again.

slam it, rims, and personally, i think the RS1 body kit is the most aggressive looking one. keep it simple and clean, dont make a rice out of it. and if people say you drive a girl car, well ____ em. hahaha.
