Called saturday, and they sed call back monday cause thats when they get some inventory thing in... this wait is horrible.

 

yea i dont know what it is with the SW's, dealer said in the 5 state region there were only 2 on the ground and there werent any coming in anywhere for like 3 weeks. hence my waiting 3 weeks.

 

I've waited 9 days so far. I'm dying. Can't wait for that phone call. Talk to the salesman like every two days. Hoping to get it before next aturday... sales tax goes up 1% and I'd rather spend that $170 on some springs The guy told me around the 14th... but I think he still has no clue.

Alrighty Hello all I am a new member and i am planing on buying the Scion TC late this year when i get home. I was wondering if anyone can help me or inform me on what to do.
As of now i was not going to get any of the dealership options. The 10piece carbon fiber i might. I want to lower, dual exhaust, body kit and a turbo. I have a good idea on the turbo and body kit. But for the dual exhaust i am not sure. I also need to but a body kit on that works with the dual exhaust. If anyone has any links or a good exhaust system that doesn't have that high of a pitch sound plz let me know.
Well I am very excited to buy the Scion TC this year.

 

So got a call from the dealership. My car is now in Stage "G" which means that its on the ground in New Jersey somewhere. They also gave me the VIN #... and finally I found out the year! It should be coming in any day now... I'm gonna pick it up on Friday. I can't wait.

When I ordered mine about 7 weeks ago, it was for a 2006.. Hopefully the wait will push me into a 2007... either way I cant wait to recieve it.

 

well, i'd agree not to buy a bunch of dealer options, except lowering, i'd go with the trd drop instead of aftermarket. the dual exhaust is a tough one....i only know of one company doing that properly. here:

Well, I could've gotten a brand new 07 FM tC tomorrow... but instead I'm going to wait until next Saturday (hopefully earlier) to get it from another dealer. Why? I know it sounds stupid, but I liked the experience sooooooo much better at the second dealer, great guy. Plus the dealership is about 10 minutes away from me which should make any possible service issues and maintenance much, much easier.

btw, Toyota of Orlando kinda sucks - that's for reference for future buyers.

Ugh but I really want the car so badly!!!!!!! but I gotta wait because I know I should...

No worries...I looked at them for over a month figured out all my accessories, finally ordered it and then had to wait another month, but as soon as you get that call and more so they hand you the keys its all worth it!! Plus taking my time got me an 07' since they were ready right around the time I was to order it!!

And nice color choice FM is hottt...my best friend has that color and its awesome! I think SW and FM are the 2 best colors out there...but that's just because I'm biased because that's what we drive

haha yea I think so on the colors. I was tempted the morning of the deposit to just buy this 5spd Black Cherry Pearl on the lot (gorgeous color, don't get me wrong, but I don't think it'd "match" with my personality), but I told myself that waiting for the "fresh" FM tC off the truck would be worth it!

I'm lookin forward to the day they I get the call! :D
