Just picked up a new 2007 tC this afternoon... in black cherry. Got rid of my 2002 Protege5. Too many problems with it for only having 35K on her. I'm hoping this has the reliability of the Toyotas I've had in the past?
Now, where to start on the mods!!??!!

please dont feel that way. The forum is a representative of SOME of the Scion owners. Generally, I would think folks that are middle aged may not find a forum such as this appealing. But there are ppl of pretty much all ages on this board.....

I just got my 2007 tC a week ago, replacing a '95 Mazda MX3 that got hit by electrical gremlins. Haven't done much with it yet, just got the fog lamps and lip spoiler put on it, trying to decide what else to do (oh decisions, decisions....) I've been more of a motorcycle person, I have two of those (SV650S and XT225) so having the tC to play with is different

Hey guys, just wanted to stop in and say hi. 2 weeks ago my wife totaled my 01 Mustang GT convertible. I’ve been in Mustangs as long as I can remember and I wanted something different. The TC was pretty much #1 on my list of other cars out there I would consider... had to be white tho! Easier on the wallet as far as payments, gas and insurance so that helps.

So yesterday I picked up an 05 TC 5-speed. Not as fast as what im used to but its got a lot to offer in the looks/handling department. This car will replace my Mustang GT as a daily driver. My other car is a 98 V6 Mustang racer. I built an engine for it, fabricated a turbo kit with a garrett GT-40 and even built a sheetmetal intake manifold for it. Unlike the V6 Mustang the TC has a large aftermarket, even for super/turbo kits so I wont have to build everything myself.

A few things about myself... Im from Joppa, MD. Been a Harford county resident my whole life but I travel a lot for work. I work for as a private contractor to the airforce doing 3d modeling and animation. On the side I do web design, photography and performance installs/fabrication. I’m also into “trespassing”, see link for more info.

Check out my photography page:
www.danhaga.com

My other photography/trespassing page:
www.urbanatrophy.com

Everyone has a myspace page:
www.myspace.com/dhaga

And last but not least here is a pic of the new ride, taken pretty much as soon as I got it home last night.

I got mine on Wednesday...
My camera's batteries are dead today. But I did download Carmax's stock picture of it before they took it off their site.

I'll take more pictures with the snow & without later today. But I will tell you, that little car runs really good in the snow. :D

Diamond audio, Eclipse 7000, K & N CAI, Blue innerglow, Lip kit, Dub Remix rims, low profile tires, engine stabilizing bar, 7" monitors in back headrests, PS2, 2" drop, I forget the name of the exhaust....

Went more for Looks than performance, but it still has some absic performance upgrades.

My baby=)

Lol thanks, they look ALOT better in person also. You can also get them without the black center like that so theya re all chrome. I got all my work done from that shop. www.krucialkustoms.com it is in AZ. I brought my car down when I was on vacation. And i cant do that myself...im "challeneged" when it comes to modding my car.

Dub Remix 19" rims

Can get em on ebay, 4 set for $850
