I just picked up my beautiful red 2005 RS1 at a dealer 2 hours from home. It's everything that I wanted! This was one of the best days of my life! Well, until tonight when I got a ticket for too much window tint.
Even that won't spoil my weekend, because I'm driving the car of my dreams!

Hey guys,
This is my first post on scionLIFE.com so I figured I'd come here to post first.
I have been an avid Honda fan for years, well actually since I first started driving. However, after researching many different vehicles, Ive made the decision to get a tC. I am looking forward to it, along with sharing the experience here on Scionlife.
I will be getting a super white TC. ; )
My future mods include 18 in rims, 2-2 1/2in lowering, gps, smoked lights, and more.... to start.. Can't wait.[/img]

So, I've got a 2009 Blue Ribbon Metallic tC 5spd on its way to me. I'm pretty excited about it, I can't wait for it to get here. The only accessories I ordered were the mud flaps, bumper protector, and pedestal spoiler. Now I just have to be patient while I wait for it to arrive!
Of all the cars I was thinking (Honda, Volkswagon, maybe Hyundai) I definitely got "bang for my buck" on my 2008 tC. Worth. Every. Penny.

It is absolutely a pleasure to drive. Still a little rough on the shifting (esp hills). That's what you get for being (forced) on automatics for the last 7 years. So nice to be back on manual.
Rims are definitely to follow as soon as I restore my cash reserves. Dropped $4,500 on it!

^^^^With a little tweaking of the tranny fluid(Redline mt90 FTW) and a short shifter will definitely help with rough shifts. Remember to compensate for the drive by wire system while shifting also.
