I'm looking to change the LEDs in the gauge cluster and the climate area from their current amber, to a blue that matches or is close to the blue of a cold cathode. Essentially, if it's amber stock, I want it blue... the stuff inside the head unit I'm leaving alone though. (I got mine from oznium.com if that makes a difference)
What I need to know, and I know some of you have dismantled your car before...lol.. is what kind and size of LEDs do I need to accomplish this? I also want to change the bulb for the little cubby hole behind the shifter to the same color.

If someone can give me the specs for the LEDs, or a website I can order these from or BOTH, that would be GREAT!!

They're not bulbs. They're LEDs. If you look in the Tech section you will find a howto.

They are surface mount, so you will need a little soldering experience.. here is a stick on soldering just in case:

The console ones will be a bit dim. A couple of us are planning on figuring out which components need to be changed to fix this.

The little cubby hole light is equivalent to a #74 LED i believe. I got mine from www.superbrightleds.com
