if you are looking for cheap bulbs, Luminics have hyper white for 24.99 with free shipping a pair....
piaa has xtreme white plus for $6x.xx on ebay a pair... i haven't installed headlights... but the bulb size is 9006 for low beam and 9005 for high beam, hope this helps

Sylvania Silverstars are also an option. Prices between the two mentioned. I like mine - but there are also many others out there who like what they have. So a search for either of the bulbs and read through the results.

I got yellow for my fogs and the whites for my low beams (left my high beams stock). Here is a link. https://www.scionlife.com/forums/vie...713&highlight= Luminics, btw, has awesome service IMO.
