Default Installed some stuff and now things dont work

I just installed a fujita cai and a megan axle back exhaust. i had the neg battery cable disconnected the whole time and when i got it going again my sunroof doesnt open and i cant roll down the passenger side window from the drivers side. also the one touch window feature doesnt work. im thinking a fuse but it was dark and i didnt feel like dealing with it tonight. any ideas?

go check your fuses. they might be blown. if not then you should just wait a few days like everyone says you should.

Lot of retarded replies to this thread.

1. Wait a few days: wrong
2. Keep pressing the buttons until it reprograms itself: wrong
3. Check fuses: wrong
4. Read owner's manual: that's right, congratulations!!

The sunroof and windows will stop functioning correctly and the radio will lose its memory whenever you disconnect the battery, as described in the manual. The reset procedure takes 10 seconds and is clearly described in the manual.

ok.
DONT CHECK FUSES you'll waste your time.
Phase 1:
step 1: read owners manual (if you cant find it or dont have one then that sucks)
step 2: hold driverside window down for aprox 10 seconds then up (all the way) for another 10 seconds.
step 3: hold passengers side window down for aprox 10 seconds then up (all the way) for another 10 seconds.
step 4: check work by seeing if you can auto roll down both sides. if it works congrats you just completed phase 1!

phase 2:
step 1: close sunroof and hold for aprox 10 seconds.
step 2: open sunroof and hold for aprox 10 seconds.
step 3: check to see if sunroof opens and closes freely.
if so then you have just completed phase 2 and you're not a complete moron. and for next time SEARCH damnit
