i installed my aem intake a few months ago and ever since i installed it there's this horrible rattle coming from i guess the air sensor, i searched a little but couldn't find an answer on how to fix this, video:

Is it definitely coming from the sensor and not from the pipe hitting against something? I had all kinds of intake rattles which I fixed with a combination of the Doc I fender panel, replacement mounts, and a bunch of foam tape.

 

like rod said, it could be the intake itself.

if it is the sensor, it sounds like its your solenoid, not the sensor

 

its the sensor, i unplugged the sensor while the engine was running and it stopped

 

anyone?

 

try tightening it down more or putting a new O ring around it to seal it better
