did anyone buy anything from jdmcarboy.com? they won't answer to my e-mail, but they answer to my myspace messages. but after i asked if they shipped the part it says "read" but not "replied" so they saw it and decided not to answer me. how long does it take to send a goddam strut bar?

 

well... I would never buy from a company with such a cheap and ricer sounding name to begin with Let alone a company selling "jdm" parts for a non jdm car... let alone one I have never heard of..... In other words, probably not the best idea in the world.

Hope you dont getted ripped off. Possibly just that they shipped it and havent had time to reply. Has it been a while?

 

a few days. but it was one of the only places where i could find a rear greddy strut bar. then a day later i found it on another website but it was too late.

 

But its so JDM to rip people off these days...


Haha hes got a Type-X lip kit, which is RS1 kit or the ABS Dynamic P1 kit which is all the same thing.

Don't ever ever ever ever ever order parts from them they did the same too me, I have 2 waith like 2 months to get the parts that i order from them after i send hundred's of e-mails phone calls and never answer.

and then finally i get my CF mirror covers, but OH!!! surprise my CF mirror cover's came in a COCA-COLA BOX!!! YEP that's right in a coca-cola box taped with some chip tape like they buy it from the Dollar tree store or 99c store that's how they call it in CA i guess.

I was piiiiiiiiiissed!!!! .

 

i don't care what kind of box it comes in as long as it fits and isn't messed up...

 

Check them up on the BBB website, they have a rating of F! Horrid company to work with! They got booted from Honda-Tech, with two threads reaching nearly 50 pages long bashing the company. I had ordered a twin loop exhaust, and a mugen v2 front lip, both came damaged, the exhaust had a dent and the lip was almost cracked in half. It took nearly 6 months to get it all solved, They said they would replace the lip, but some how the company stopped producing this style. So they sent me spoon mirrors, and a tie-bar which was not made for my vehicle. It wasnt even close to fitting, after they sent the bar I have never heard from them again.

I hope yours goes well! And nothing goes bad. But this goes to EVERYONE on scionlife, run from jdmcarboy quicker than you can actually run!

^^Yeah, and the CF mirror covers fit like a glove...NOT!!! Run away as fast as you can!!

I would advise staying away from CF mirror covers also. I have them (Firmware)... They whistle 50+mph

Wow I had no idea JDMCarBoy was THAT bad-- I was going to order some lower control arms from them too-- not for the tC though, but still-- I guess I'll find elsewhere !
