wow, didn't kno people were having issues, i can vouch for jdmcarboy.com i'm personal friends with the owner of jdmcarboy and is part of my car team, you shouldn't have to worry about not receiving parts because he won't try to scam on you, there were just a lot of issues in the past with honda-tech that brought the name down in bbb, if you have issues pm me and i'll personally get in touch with them, they will try there best to satisfy there customers needs, its just hard for a small business to get up without running into issues. I'm unsure about the coke box thing i'll talk to them about that.

I would still be leary. A group of people having issues, a bad name on bbb, and one person vouching for them that happens to be friends with them (who of course will be taken care of by them if you are friends) and is sponsored by them. I wouldnt touch them with a 10 foot pole.

No offense at all to you JayJay, if you are friends with them and they havent done you wrong, then I am sure your experience has been good. But looking at the people already complaining and the bad bbb rating, I would say you are a minority so far. There are too many options for good customer service, quality parts (no "jdm" selling crap for a non jdm car) and good prices out there to be dealing with places like this. People need to be careful where they spend thier money, as most "tuner" vendors these days are not worth dealing with.

That is the issue, when it comes to customers that are unable to pick up, their service is horrible. I still havent heard back from them and its coming up on year two now about a tie-bar that was some how to fit my 95 civic at the time, but was 6" short at full extension. Although I gave up when phone calls and emails went unanswered a year ago. But that was still after a 6-7 month ordeal over horribly packaged items (both either dented or cracked)... I would still stay away. Until a group of guys can come up and say they had great service using the internet or call in sales where shipping is required.

if you are looking for parts for a civic/teggie etc check out jhpusa.com, never heard one bad thing about the company what so ever!
JHP is great! When I had my Civic, I ordered a lot of stuff from them. As for JDM carboy, I ordered my mirror covers from them. They took awhile, but I received them. No complaints from me, but I probably won't push my luck with them anymore.

UPDATE: I bought the rear strut bar from DEZOD. Took a few days, even during the holiday season. DEZOD FTW.
