Yea this really makes me think i might get a small halon fire extinguisher - no ricer ____ mounted to the a piller but something small i can put in the rear floorboard most likely. Itd be invaluable in a situation like this and i cant afford the halon system - theyre like 500+. Also just curious has your insurance given you any flack over it being boosted? Sorry for your loss man - the tc is one of a kind

thats definetly what i was thinking...cuz s0on as i opened the hood a little flame and only flame was right above the blow by gas tube...n0o flames were anywhere else

glad youre ok.. but look at those pics.

n0o sorry there were no flames anywhere near there when i first saw it....the fire spread really quickly and when i ran into this hotel i was next to...to get an extingisher and i used it to save the car..the fire had just seemed to spread more....all the had was an electrical fire extinguisher!...

nope not yet....the insurance has taken it ever since to s0o called "investigate" it but really what they are going to do is sell it for parts....i know s0o cuz the adjuster came when they thought no was home...but my sis was and she heard them talking...s0o thats what there gonna do
