What if you have the seat side airbags?

 

the airbags don't come out of the seats. they come out of the headliner on the side.

 

I have the side curtain(headliner) AND seat side airbags.

 

actually part of the airbags must be in the seats because the leather kit is different for side airbags

 

My leather was installed with that in mind.
Katzkin has a template for In Seat Airbags.

 

Alrite so there is three designs out there for our beloved tC:

Standard Leather:


Two Tone Centers


Two Tone Inserts:


I personally want the two tone inserts with black on the outside and white inserts with hopefully tC stiched into the seats, if not maybe BAMBAMS or something like that in cool font.

So lets get a sponsor on top of this and do a group buy for the SCIONS so I can get this and the rest of you can too. I know a sponsor on the wrx forums did this for like ~~~$400base and the things flew out the door! It was amazing! So hopefully we can get that setup! IM PUMPED!

 

so the price for the install and leather is about 1100?

Hey, anyways to have contrast stiching (not piping) along with the 2-tones leather?

 

i would also be in for a group buy i would need to know about 2-3 weeks before it went down so i could organize my bills but i would want the last one the two tone inserts black with silver inserts

I had mine installed from the dealer, I'm pretty sure they are Katzkin. I also have all the freaking airbags and if you notice in the first pic there's a tag that says "Side Airbag." I got Black Leather with Suede Inserts.

wow I have to say I am pretty impressed with my install...being i did it myself i dont even have that many wrinkles

 

Most of the wrinkles have smoothed out since those pics were taken(the day after it was installed).

i havent yet. i dont think it will be hard but i will let you guys know when i get the chance
