Anybody dealt with Krazykustomsonline?
If so, what are your experiences in ordering products from them? Good and bad?

I have not dealt with them but Cardomain.com bought their body kit for their tC for Sema.

Somebody a while ago received a body kit from them in very bad shape, and they fought the customer, using the excuse that the customer signed for the kit, that it isn't their problem.

 

We are a huge supporter of the Scion tC community and have hundreds of satisfied scion tC customers.

The customer Zebman is referring to ordered a widebody kit that the customer wanted to return because his shop was not up to speed with the installation difficulty (it was a general mechanic attempting the install)

The customer upon being informed he would have to pay return freight and restocking fee then informed us that the product arrived damaged. We informed him that he would need to file a claim with the carrier as he signed for the delivery and noted everything was intact and he took ownership of the delivery (ODFL freight company policy)
