FLEA, I know we've never spoken or anything but I'm glad your families doing better. My 96 yr old grandpa had to have a hip replacement after a fall & I don't know where I'd be had he not made it through surgery, etc.

I commend you for putting family first rather than anything monetary, especially in this economy.

Glad everyone is alright too Flea, thankfully I haven't lost any loved ones. Some close calls and they for lack of a more meaningful word suck.

I'll still be PM'ing or txt'ing you soon for some stuff if you're up for it. Let me know if your still taking on jobs, or when you might be ready.

Thanks to everyone for your support (rare to find in a car forum)! Everything is going good now.

Tina, sorry to hear about your grandfather, glad he's ok now.

Elijahtc, yes that's correct, I'm not leaving. I'll still be around to pester and annoy you.

RCZ, contact me when you are going to ship your pieces out...I'll probably see if I can pick up a spare set of interior pieces, paint them the theme we talked about, and drive out there and hand deliever them. Too much risk shipping items during the holidays.

I'll continue to be taking orders, after I finish my current customers. So after the following is complete I'll gladly take on anymore work that comes my way.

What I'm currently working on now:

1 Galactic Grey Mica badgeless garnish.
1 Flint Mica badgeless garnish.
1 set of OEM tails tinted (DARK) minus reverse light.
1 set of TYC tails tinted (DARK), my version #2 style.
1 set of eyelids in Flint Mica.
1 set of interior pieces in Flint Mica.
2 tone customer's car.

Won't take anymore orders until these are complete...all of them will be done, except the car on Monday.

Lastly, as of Jan 1, 2008 all solvent based paint will be illegal and not available at paint shops. With the way the environment is these days, we are going "green" with water based paint. Anyone who has inquired about items getting painted in the past, please keep in mind that water based paint is slightly more expensive and prices may be a little higher.

Oh, this was a couple yrs back so he's 100% good. Old gramps is a trooper, he was walking on his own (without a cane!) 3 weeks later.

Anyway, you paint cars?! I thought you just painted smaller parts on the side.

No, I do cars as well. I try to learn everything I can, that way when someone approaches me and asks can you paint this....I want to be able to tell them yes. I've helped out on 3 cars and have done 5 on my own with no supervision (67Mustang, 97 and 98 Honda Accord, 93 F-350 long bed, Toyota T-100).

What do you got in mind? Hoping to start my 2 tone soon.
