so i just passed 36xxx miles the other day and that very same day that my warranty was up. my clock and ac/heat lights started acting up. they go on when my headlights are off and off when my head lights are on. just last night i figured out that when their off i can turn my hazard lights on then off and they will stay on. this seems a little bit like a calculated failure considering the timing. anyone else have this problem?

Shouldnt. IF the dealer checks on it, they should have little issue finding that it is a common issue with them.

i called my dealer and the guy said he never heard of it and was a total dick. so im gonna call Toyota direct

U have a 07 tC huh?.....My friend entire HVAC LED's went out...

 

yeah it seems to be a problem yet my dealer ship and the one person at Toyota i talked to say they haven't had a problem with it. i have to file a claim tomorrow ill let you all know how its goes.

 

You can find a used replacement on car-part.com for about $100 or less normally. Just be sure to get one for an 07 or 08.

But that is only if the dealer wont work with you. There have been a lot of these on the 07's
