Default Lights/Fuse help needed...

All,

I have an '06 tC. My (driver's side) side marker (front) parking lights do not work.
I replaced the two bulbs (194) and they still don't work.
I've looked in the owner's manual and on the fuse block itself, and I can not figure out which one it is.
Both state different uses for the same fuses, and I don't think I have the patience to take them all out.

Does anyone know which fuse is the right one?

Thanks in advance for any help. It's incredibly hard for me to see those things - my near vision is getting awful after years of computer usage

That's the problem - on the sticker on the bottom of the interior fuse box, 29 says "FL DOOR" (20AMP) not what the manual says.

Thanks for your help so far...

Also, it's only the driver's side that's not working, wouldn't both sides not work if that were it?

yeah.. if it was the fuse..... everything.. your tails.. the license plate lights.. side markers.... parking lights... all of them wouldn't work..

if they do... it's not a fuse issue... you got other things to worry about

i see "FL DOOR" to be fuse 38.. fyi

Are you looking on the sticker on the bottom of the fuse box?
The fuses match exactly what's on that sticker - not what's in the manual.

Is yours an '06?

I pulled the ones that looked like they should cover it and nothing works.
Only the front driver's side parking/side marker lights don't work - even with new bulbs.
Pretty odd if you ask me - what the hell could cause that short of wiring problems?
I didn't touch anything there.

I just realize I made a mistake.
It's the Driver's side front marker light and the little bulb under the low-beam light - both 194 bulbs.

Does that change anything?

If it's only on one side and the bulbs are good, then it sounds like an open, as opposed to a short which would blow the fuse. Take it to the dealer, unless you have a wiring diagram and a lot of time.
