You open your hood. Then it will be fairly obvious. Not trying to be a jerk but have you done that yet?

open your hood...
theres 4 clips holding it down...two on each side...u have to push done in the middle for it to pop and you can take them off....its two peices btw
you also have to remove your wipers....and then just pull it out towards you...just dont pull to hard simply b/c there are some type of clips holding it down in the back of your windshield....

hope thats helps

you'll need to remove your wipers and then pop the hood open the there should be push pins that you will need to remove to the whole thing out.

follow the instruction on this pdf. it is for removing the wiper motor assembly but also shows you how to remove the hood cowl.

yep that about explains it all......the secret to putting it back in is to make sure the tabs go under the windshield also when you put it back in or the rattle from it wil drive you nuts at stoplights.
