Default low idle issue

I have a 2007 scion T/C with 55000 or so miles on it and it is a auto. The idle just recently went low. It idles in gear at about 500 rpms. If i put it into neutral it goes up to 750 and is smooth as glass. What is the issue? I have search and seach but have not found anything. The battery has never been unpluged and the air filter is clean. The car is stock no mods at all and is a daily driver. thanks for the help.

u can clean the maf sensor they sell a cleaner for it at autozone. the maf sensor hates dirt so if anythings on it that could mess with your idle.
