I got a better idea; buy a Toyota Forklift (So you can have your tC and forklift all on the same Toyota Financial bill, lol) and put forks under tC's frame. Slowly raise the car above the snow and slowly move the car into uncovered spot.
My car gets bogged down by as little as 4 inches, and I have to either back up and get more speed, or sit and burrow my wheels through, maxing out 1st.
On another note, has anybody got their speedo up to 127 on a patch of ice? I did.
Yes, I realize if I had caught traction i'd probably be needing new tires, but this patch was huge, no chance of catching.

yeah i got stuck so many times today that i think i brote the plastic cover underneath the driver side engine compartment. i did so many burn outs today it was awsome.and my girls tc, her lower grill is pushed in from the snow also. cant wait for tommorowmorning

1-the neg camber and maybe even toe in (esp on the rear) makes the car loose as heck on snow.
2-more snow gets stuck in the wheel wells and underbody (i cleaned out mine tonite, its crazy how much snow is stuck in the wheel wells. Even one of my driveshafts is totally caked in ice). this inhibits the wheels ability to do its job, and basically coats the tire with snow with every rotation.
3. at stock height the suspension works as designed, absorbing the imperfections of the snow and maintaing stability. lowered, there isn't as much suspension travel, so its like driving on ice.
believe me, i drove at stock height and lowered in the snow, lowered is MUCH worse.
tip #1: start in 2nd gear.

although you guys are going to be cold as hell come friday!!! all you need is some rain and..... who am i kidding!!!!!
Yea gotta love the snow. I just got my SW 2 weeks ago and it seemed like 2 days after getting it home snow started to fall like crazy. Prior to me buying it, we had like no snow at all this year. Now the crap wont stop coming! Hope we dont get too much more, I'm liable to lose it if it blends in to well.
