Did a quick search and all I could find was how to polish or paint the valve cover. Are all the valve covers from the 2az-fe (camry, rav4, xb, tc) the same? Found an older one from a 04 that I'd like to polish and I was wondering if it would fit my 08. Thanks in advance!

 

xb and tc valve cover are different but i dont know about the others. they are different on where the coil pack sits on the valve cover, but all tc years fit the same.

 

camry is different but it still fits and works fine on the tC

 

pretty sure there aluminum

knowing the material should help him find the right products for polishing.

Good thing it's not aluminum tho. Good job giving out wrong info it's made from magnesium.

aluminum and magnesium are very similiar anyways
