2008 Scion xB head gasket replacement
All,
This is my first post. I have searched the forums for this topic, but I cannot find anything relevant.
I am currently in the midst of replacing the head gasket on the 2.4l engine. However, I am somewhat confused as to how to proceed. Thus far, I have removed the valve covers, fuel rail, exhaust headers, etc., and have found Top Dead Center. According to some instructions I have found, I am supposed to remove the camshaft to get to the head bolts. However, I am confused as to what I should remove on the left side of the engine. If someone has done this job, their expertise would be most appreciated.
Thank you
