i know there is always a lot of speculation on the future developments of Scions... now i'm adding my part.

INSIDE LINE recently posted some spy pics of the new camry coming early next year and mentioned some upgrading of the current camry powerplants
is there a base power increase in the tC's future as well?

 

Interesting. If it does happen we'll have to figure out how to get the power out of our engines.

 

I doubt they will change the tC engine because i heard the tC will be for sale for a certain amount of time but maybe a power boost in future scion models?

 

Well if they use the same block for the motor in the new camry , maybe the parts that give the motors the increase in power can be swapped into ours . Again only if the new powerplants are still the 2.4 .

 

they are only selling tC's for a certain amount of time? thats news to me..

 

NOT A HIJACK ATTEMPT LOL . yeah Tc's will be produced for a certain number of years just like the Xa and Xb are . The Xb and Xa are reaching the end of their time and soon to be replaced . I think the t2b is gonna be the replacement for the xB and the Xa I am not sure about its replacement , But this is all just speculation . I just find it interesting they are introducing the t2b just as the time frame of the xB runs out , very interesting
