For those around the area, i was turning left onto Johnsons Ferry Rd. from Roswell Rd....in the left turn lane, lady next to me also turning left decides she wants to make a U-TURN!!! WTF!?! She basically side swipes my car...its 4:40am....my baby is seariously hurt! Im gonna get so much crap from my 'rents and i dont think i can take it!!! So far, what i can see is that my passenger side of my car is scratched from her bumper from the rear wheel well all the way to the front wheel well....if anyone has any suggestions on what i need to do please respond! Thats a nice kit there...i got the lady's insurance information and all (after it took her literally 5 min. to find her insurance card!) i dont know what the hell this biotch was thinking...im so depressed now we didnt get a police report although now that im thinking about it i really should have. She wrote down her address on my paper and its all sloppy! I have a feeling she was a little tipsy or something and thats what makes me wish i did call the cops. I have her licence plate number and all so even if she is a flake, i at least have that info! About 3 cops drove by when we were exchanging our info and none of them stopped so i dunno! Its my first accident and i have a feeling im not going to be living much longer after i see my dad later today! Wish me luck

If you are not at fault... you definately should be calling the police over just to help document the accident so your insurance company and others cannot place the blame on you... Not calling the police may not have been such a good idea.

" My babys hurt "

I though you hurt your *****.

Its just a car... don't stress it too much. If the accident was not your fault, your dad's not gonna trip.

I know where you are talking about. i dirve by there all the time.. that intersection a one of the worst in ga. call the police a file a report, if you wait too long you will not get any help. you should have call the police right then, but i would call asap and get a report and the insurance involved.

hey! i actually lived near there ... kind of! Well, that's a bum deal. Some bad things can happen if you don't get a police report. Hopefully it'll all work out and she'll pay up. If it's that much damage, then she would have to go through her insurance... and insurance companies can be pretty _____y if they don't have a police report to prove that their client really was in the wrong. Anyway, good luck, regardless! My car is in the shop and i feel for you...

I never thought it would happen to me. I went out to my car to get something during work yesterday and someone hit my back left fender. There is a dent the size of my palm and several scratches. The scum bags left no insurance info so it looks like about 300 out of my pocket. yipee!!

I work just a few miles from there. I KNOW how these people are...The dingbats in E. Cobb are aiming for you...especially on the weekends. (Absolute IDIOTS) I try to stay home.

I feel for you. I would certainly call the police. Get a report filed with them AND your insurance. Hopefully, there won't be any problems.
NEXT time (hopefully not, but if there is...) put on your flashers. Maybe the police would have stopped then...IDK
