Was my Scion Security removed by the dealer?

sorry man. if any dealership hires any outside company to install an alarm system... it's probably an aftermarket alarm system.
factory scion security is installed at the dealership... (or at port)

I know mine didn't, it had the standard switches, but they installed in a week later with the rest of my accessories.
Possibly they were going to sell it to someone else who wanted the security system and then backed out? I really couldn't say why they would have it listed that way unless that was the case.

yeah.. someone had to bring the thread back to life and make a statement that wasn't completely true... (which needed to be corrected)
