I bet if you left your car outside the following day and watched who drove by, and their reaction to your car you could see who did it. You know they probably drove by your house again when it was light out to see what they did. Just a thought...

Ok here is what you do.. When does kids come again at night and I dunno but maybe they will do it again... so when they come hide out and when they start throwing eggs youll know that they are the ones.. thenn run to them and break in half all there skateboards and kick them and get a hammer and a nail and nail 1 nail to each of there back head

most lil punks want to see the damage they did to brag to there buddies. surely you don't want to sit out all day and watch for someone to drive by with a smirk on there face. Set up a video cam and rewind and watch all of the tapes until you see someone come by with a smile on there face. just an idea.

Actually, I think if people see someone with a new car doing the usual new car thing like keeping it nice and shiney. Eventually, some kid would get envious and get back at the lucky guy with the new car by vandalising it in some way.
I actually try to avoid working on my car (cleaning and tinkering with it), outside, in public to minimize attention to my car. So far, so good.
I actually think avoiding keeping your car perfectly clean and shiney looking, makes it less conspicious to would be vandals. It only satisfies them when they think they are victimizing an owner who is putting in a lot of work to keep their car "minty fresh" looking. JMO.
My former car got keyed when I had it super shiney and clean. I quit the regular waxing and shining after the incident and they never bothered it again.
I think I should just clean out my garage so I can park my car in it again instead.

you should seee my xB it was keyedf across all four panels on my driver side it will cost 1500 dollars to fix it and i know who did it but i can't prove it i took pics but haven't uploaded them on my comp. but trust me its real bad
