did your airbags deploy? the body damage can be fixed, and it probably wont be totalled if theres no real frame damage and ur airbags didnt deploy... usually thats what totals cars, not the impact but the airbags, and u can never really fix a bent frame, there will always be a problem with that (but again doesnt really look like theres much frame damage).
And since the accident wasnt your fault there will probably be a pretty nice insurance check for ya...
That's just what I think though so i hope i didnt give you any false hope if im wrong.

i realy dont want to get it fixed because im shure theres going to be a high probability that it will start to give me problems soon... i would actualy be happier with a brand new tc!!

WHO EVER SAID ANYTHING ABOUT RACES?? heres another guy who judges some1 right off the bat because of what they do.. just because hes a cop dont mean hes out there trying to site every modified car he sees.. he was realy interested in the things i had done.. and told me that he realy liked alot of the modified scions he sees out on the road..
and dont say anything of what you "would have done" because you dont realy know what your reaction will be until you experience it...
and how am i going to have a law suit if it is clearly not my fault and no one was injured?? thats why we pay insurance these days..

ok so i just spoe with my insurance and it is being declered a total loss 
nothing happend to any1 so its all good but now the question is what color should i get now!?!?! the 08 and 09 come with a little stock subwoofwer right???

Well, I don't know if that's really true. I'm broke, & super careful of my credit (score's 800 right now). Stupid tC. I'd have 10s of thousands of dollars (well, probably 3 tens of thousands) in my bank account if I never got into customizing cars.

100% without a doubt total. I think we have decided that already.
BTW...whoever said "a bent frame cant be fixed" is a moron...IMO. There are such things as a "frame machine" which are designed to do just what he stated cannot be fixed. Even without the airbags deployed it is very much total. I would take his response with a grain of salt.
