hold out on the S/C. you wont have the car forever, but you will (hopefully) have the girl forever.

 

Believe it or not...the apartment thing. I went to court and the judge was on my side. So he pushed back the court date so I can view the summons. Once again, they didn't give me the summons. Roommates didn't show up and court case got thrown out.

I'm still dealing with creditors but I've been giving the money. So they been somewhat easy going with me.

Everything should go back to normal by July-August.

 

put the S/C money towards the car!!!! try to get that paid off first. or you can always put all the S/C money towards the car and then refinance it for lower payments.

 

Man...i love living in Texas when I hear things like this.....you know how much house 275k would get you here.....

 

you're at the age where you should show some responsibility.
