Default need help!

alright well I'm driving to school and I'm coasting to a stop light and i hear this noise coming from what sounds like my right front wheel area. it sounds kinda like grinding? i don't think that thats the correct term but its something like that. i checked my brakes and all that and everything checked out fine. maybe i didn't see the problem anyone know what it is and can help me?

did it recently rain or been humid... prolly some brake dust/rust that just needs to come off. is it temporary or consistent?

Put it on stands and get a good look under your car. If its a metal on metal sound, you might be able to see something obvious.

Everyone’s first guess is going to be brakes. Either worn pads, or maybe the keeper tabs. If its deep grinding noise, it could be worn pads, if its a high pitched squeek, it could be the keeper tabs. Those are probably your best case scenarios. Also, I just checked with some of our mechanics, and they suggested you have a mechanic look at it. It could be something that is covered under warranty. I might not mention hitting anything
