If the ticket is for carb limit, you may have to get it inspected to proves it's legal.

If the ticket is for exceeding a certain DB level with your exhaust, the officer would have to prove that.

You dont have little ricer honda civics running around in ur town. In my town they would pull one of thos over way before they even think of pullin a tc over.

Contact Scion corporate. And just like Tenax1970, get a letter from Scion and/or TRD stating that the TRD exhaust meets noise standards in all 50 states. Show it to an officer and have the ticket "signed off" (if your state allows it), or take it to court with you, show the judge, and ask that the ticket be dismissed.
