Default Need help with a photoshop......

I am two toning my tC this winter. but i kinda want to see what it looks like before I got out and waste time and money one something that might look stupid.

I want to keep the BCP one the bottom ( below the bodyline)
And I want to spray the top half Black
also, Im thinking a silver pinstripe would seperate the colors nicely.

If anyone can help it would be greatly appreciated

i just selected the area, then played with adjustments> levels, and played with the b/w section, so its not realy painting over it, its just changing the color. and the reason its all pixelated is because i used the quick selection tool, because i am lazy, also because it was a small pic.

nope, but it is a good idea to make another layer out of what you are working on though, just in case you screw it up

no, it IS shiny, the picelation is because yeah, it was a quick dirty chop byut mostly because it was a crappy pic to start with, usually start with something alot larger.
