need quick response on exhaust fit!!!!!

a place down the street has the injen axleback exhaust in stock for 339, will this fit my 2008 tc even though it doesnt say 08 on the stats, is this a decent price?

price is good and it will fit, i just put my tanabe concept g on today and it said 2005-07 no 08' which is what i own and it fit fine
