Default New member... Lots of questions... Scion soon =]!

Hi! I'm hella new and I know I'm getting a tC soon (Around December... First car ever.. right when I get my license..) but I need a lot of answers please.
1.) Absolute Red or Black Sand Pearl?! I'm literally about 50/50 on this.. A lot of factors like how red costs more insurance... but black is a dirt lover.. but then red gets pulled over more.. but black is more dangerous at night... omg!?

2.) '05 or '06... What's the difference, I've looked around and only found the audio stuff.. Any other differences?

3.) Stated above, I'm planning on getting it until around December... Should I look around for another car that might be coming out around then? Cause I'm around 99.9% sure I'm getting the tC because it's so pretty ;_; and cheap!!

4.) Ground Effects Kit or no? $496? Wow! Or just buy it outside of the dealer? My dad works at a body shop.. So installation wouldn't be a problem.

5.) Is it true lambo doors are ____ty? Cause I really like them.. but I also read on here that it screws up the frame or something like that...

Last of all... Any suggestions? Cause I'm really in need of help ^_^! thanks in advance

Umm for starters, welcome to Scionlife. Secondly, I am glad to see that you are excited about the car but you gotta slow down your thoughts are moving at about 1,000 mph. You more than likely won't be getting an RS1 Absolute Red they are limited edition and almost all are sold. Very few are out there and if you happen to have one you gotta do some work to get it shipped to you I would think. I have the ground effects kit and I love it, a little something extra without being one of those disgusting body kits that makes your car look like it came out of video game set in a post apocolyptic world. Lambo doors, eh borderline on that. I would say only if you are going to the show. Other than steering wheel controls, and the way the head unit looks, and I believe floor mats those are the only differences between '05 and '06. Just take it one step at a time. Just remember first get the car. Then talk about what to do.

1) Absolute red was only available for the release series in spring, wont be available now much less in Dec.

2) again, only 'o6's in Dec (audio contolls on wheel only real diff.)

3) Look if you want, its your car, not another will have a 2.4L or same standard options for the price.

4) theyre actually $995, not $496. they look pretty good on the lighter colored cars, again thats up to your opinion

5) some kits pinch the fenders, search the forum for more info on the kits available, Id suggest getting a kit with hydrolic struts, not springs.
