I've seen two new Scion commercials lately (Jan 2005).

The first one shows two silver tCs racing side by side and trading lanes down city streets.

The second shows all three of the Scion models going down the city streets.

Does anyone have a web link to these commercials?

P.S. Why do they always use a silver tC for these commercials? I think silver is one of the worst tC colors.

 

I haven't seen any yet. what station were they on. I was wondering about the silver thing too.

From a marketing stand point, Silver is Very popular Among younger people. So They use the color for a reason...i to agree, That they should of used flint, or black, but o-well

I saw the one with two silver cars twice today. Once on History Channel and once on Techtv only watched tv for about a hour flipping back and forth.

 

Colors look different on TV than they do in person. On TV, black cars just kind of blend in and are hard to see the lines on. White cars kind of have the same effect but they look bright and blotchy.

Its true for print magazines too - its why black cars are just about never featured rides in magazines, and with white cars they won't shoot it unless they can park the car somewhere that it has a dark background.

Silver and red are the most likely colors for TV ads, and there aren't too many red Scions yet.

they'll probably be online after they air it on tv but i dont know

 

the one with the 2 tc's is pretty old. i remember seeing that one very early on last year.

 

They've been playing the new xA and xB ones and there's one with both. They run them alot on UPN at night while I'm watching the Simpson's...

 

my roommate has them on his computer so I'm assuming they're on some of the file sharing networks if you do a search.
