non C.A.R.B. cai and emissions question
hey guys,
im interested in the injen cai. it isnt C.A.R.B approved. what does that mean for me as a tC owner in illinois? please be as informative as possible... i dont know anything about emissions testing stuff. is it illegal for me to put it on? will i need to take it of in the future if i need to bring it in for emissions testing? will installing and uninstalling cai intakes affect your car in a negative way? thanks!
