we have a drive by wire system, do we even have a throttle position sensor? i thought that was for cars with cable throttle bodies...isn't the throttle position sensor on the throttle body?

We have drive by wire, but there is an electric thingy hooked up to our gas pedal. If you look under the dash and at the gas pedal and push on it, there is a bar thing that moves forward which is connected to a arm that moves a position thing with some wires hooked up to it. It's there for the ECU to know how far the pedal has been depressed...works off of percentages I do believe. Not sure if that is what your talking about for your kit though, unless your talking about the electronics on the throttlebody that move the circle wafer thing inside of it that blocks/allows airflow through it.
