Default Official: Traffic violations

i know there are multiple threads of people getting citations but i figured to put it all in one place (atleast i dont think there is one already:?)

so i thought it would be cool to post up pictures of your violations and if you'd like an explanation of what happend. . .

here's mine. . .

i was driving southbound the cop northbound, he glanced at my car and did a "chicano u-turn." i thought he was going to pull me over for no license plate in the front but nope!
my tinted windows are at 3% all around (installed 3yrs ago) the policia said that the legal % in texas is 25%

well now my ticket is at $251!!!!! WTF! i was thinking around $50-$100. . .pos chinwetes, that blows!

if you got any infractions, post em up here

I don't have pictures, but I do have 14 tickets since August 2007. It started when I got my turbo put on. I got pulled over for Reckless driving (75 in a 50), suspended license, fictitious tags, no proof of insurance, and an impound. Got the car out of impound, was on my way to work and got tint and exhaust tickets same day. I've had plenty of Tint/Front plate/exhaust tickets since then..... I got rid of my Va tags finally though, hopefully with out of state tags they'll leave me alone.

haha "unlawful bumper height" too funny

ive had plenty of warnings & tickets of the usual speeding, rolling stop signs, front plate and all but i have a friend of mine that works at the local pd as a cop so she usually gives a helping hand

but the one posted was when i was driving in the middle of nowhere.
too bad this one cant be fixed

I parked in downtown Portland on a metered spot. When I got back I got a ticket....I thought I went over the time but I checked my watch. I looked at the ticket and it was for a no license plate in the front.

I was gonna mount my plate and to get it dismissed. Got lazy and just payed the fine. It was only $35. Still running with no plate in the front

of all of those, only 1 is for speeding. Cops around here honestly have nothing better to do. Virginia Beach cops get made fun of by say... Norfolk police, because they don't have any "real" crime to deal with. The harass the import guys instead (because everyone knows guys with mustangs don't get messed with)

I'm working on none in over 3 yrs. And really only about 3 tickets all my life. Only one for speeding. The other two were technically speeding, but I had cool cops and they only wrote them for running a red light (no points on insurance). And BTW... that does happen - if you're not a total dick to the cops and give give them a bunch of attitude.

You people need to just slow down. Or not live in CA.

No tickets in 3 years then as soon as I got this car I got 2 in one day... Solved with Defensive Driving. Then recently I got a speeding ticket + reckless driving on I-10 for going 63 in a 60 and avoiding trash in the road (a big a pink bag the size of my car flew off the truck in front of me). Profiling ftl.

27 tickets in a 3-1/2 year span.... From mid 1996-2000. Only 3 were speeding, and all the rest were for various things like exhaust, tint, smoked tail lights, broken head light, brake light out, no front license plate, bald tires, seat belt violations, etc... My license was revoked for 5 yrs (all of which I still drove) for "habitual traffic offender". But, I haven't got a ticket since 2000 and now only pay $900 a year for full coverage insurance!!! lol
