over 100000 miles!
I currently have an '05 tC it just turned to about 113k and I am unsure what maintainance it needs due to this being my first car and I don't have my manuals...
Besides oil changes all I've done is put in a k&n air filter, front brakes, plugs and I think that's all...
Help

Congradulations on the keeping up the tC to over 100,000. That's good to hear. Definitely take it to the dealership soon if those are the only things you have kept up. I'm very surprised your front end it still intact. They'll probably charge you about $350-400 to check out the entire car, but it's worth it. I'm sure your bearings and tyrods are just about shot, especially being an 2005. The front end would be my biggest concern, and then make sure all of your belts are good, and the struts and shocks, those are the only things that would keep the car from going a million more. But yeah, I don't know, I'd go to the dealership and just ask them. Yes they will of course try and sell you an inspection right away, but just ask them what usually goes at 113,000 miles, they will be honest with you, and then they will check out the problem areas and let you know. Toyota dealership only though, no where else, otherwise you will get jipped. I'm not a whole lot of help because I can't see your car, but those are the main points. Hope it helps.

she was just at Toyota because I have a leak in my expansion valve, poor tinkerbutt has no air, but she's going strong...my ex husband drove this car so its been in our possession since it had 34k on it...he didn't know anything about cars, so I'm learning

Nothing wrong with that. You came to the right place. Yeah, I actually just replied to your expansion valve problem. Very simple fix, it's just time consuming, and like I said in the response, there's a couple of things that are required that usually only mechanics have and that is why toyota wanted to charge you so much because they know you will never have the right equipment to do it. Haha. They are terrible. Hit me back if you want some help with that.

The oem iridium plugs last 120k. Conventional last~30k so keep an eye on that. Coolant needs to be replaced(no need to flush if only stock fluid was in the system) at 100k. Other than that you should just keep an eye on things. I blew a strut at 80k but that was from hitting a pothole. IDK about trans fluid, on a manual it's a "lifetime" fluid but i change it every 50k. keep up with oil changes and it should be fine.
