one thing people have to remember is that the tC will be scion's volume leader a'la Camry. they're saying its going to account for 40% of scion sales, so i don't think it'll be a limited production type vehicle. get ready to see more tC on the roads than a xB in a year. if what they're saying about the price is true they will sell like starbucks latte on a cold day.

It will take several years before the tC is widely seen on the highway (which is great for us buying the tC early in production).

I think people should just stop worrying about other people and just settle...

I swear I don't know if this is mature but to me it just gets old how it's always about the other person...

All I know is, I'll have ~150 dB in my tC and hopefully run low 14s... Someone else can do what I do and I'd be a good friend of that person since we share so much in taste... The more people who likes this, the more friends I can make...

If I'm the only one... Then I guess I'm the envy of this post...

Maybe they got the car first and actually made it into what you're driving before you did? So is it ok the other way around then? Or does it even matter :D

i have 2 meanings of what i mean

1) lets say somebody at your school who doesnt like scion at all. none of them, xa xb tc. then they see you have the car then they go get it, same color and everything. you start to add your own taste to your car and then the next week or month or so, they have the same thing as you on their car and say they had it first and say that you copied them.

2) the person at your school has the car first. then you get the same car like a few months later but you didnt know that somebody already had the same car. they dont say anything about it at first until you start to fix up your car. they plan to keep their car stock, but as they see you fixing up your car. they start to copy your styling. they when people start to compliment on your car, the other person will start talking isht and say that you copied them.

most people at my school get jealous and then start to talk isht. i dont know. i dont care if they get the same car... just dont start saying that i copied them or theirs is better or start doing isht to my car.

Funny, we here in Michigan don't officially have any, but so far I've seen 5 xB's and 3 xA's. But they've all been at Toyota dealer's lots, none on the road. And I've probably seen these because I've gone LOOKING for them, since I have no patience and can't wait until June. Regardless, I'm moving back East by then so I can get one there anyway!

Well I know how it is in highschool... But you'll grow to notice how silly and weird this sounds when you grow older... I'm only 22...

If someone hate xB or xA and tC... If they had the money to buy the car just to mess with your head... Trust me, they can probably buy a lot more anyway :D (like show you up in a M3, and you don't want this do you? heh) You yourself should really feel lucky and count your blessings you are getting a NEW car... Back when I learned to drive, I got my dad's 91 Camry 4 cyl... That car isn't pimp and it sure wasn't new...

Seriously, if they get the same car as you, just score the hot girl that they can't have... I'd be damn if they can copy you there... If you can't get the hot girl... Get the good grades then show them up with your S600 when you're older...

If you seroiusly don't want people to copy you, then get yourself a Kia... If you don't like the Kia, then you're probably in the SAME point of view as someone who'll buy a tC :D

See, instead of thinking of what people will think... MAKE them think what you want them to think... If they have a tC, ask them to join you in a local tC club and share your tastes... Thats what I've been trying to say from the start :D

like i said before. they can have the same car as me, i dont care. its just when they say that you copied them when you have the car first or when you get the car after them not know if they had it before. i dont like it when they start saying ____ about you or start doing ____ to your car.

My first car was a 91 Sable.

I actually miss that car. We used to call it the Batmobile.

Show you my age. My first car was a brand new 1979 DATSUN (not Nissan yet) B-210 hatchback. Great car but no power or A/C........
