Oy, Newbie DIY Oil Change Question
I tried to do this:

which way is it facing? is it just a regular silver bolt?
you should ask for help for the first time. Then do it your self the 2nd time. Are you putting synthetic? If you are not putting synthetic then might as well pay someone to do it. It is really cheap. Dont forget to dump your old oil at a recycling tank.
average oil : $2.50 a quart = $10
Filter: $4
thats $14, I know a lot of places will replace oil and filter for $24. $10 to pay someone to lift my car up, get dirty and recylce the oil for me.. it is worthed! Synthetic oil on the other hand.. different story.
