never understood why people paint their calipers. now slap a brembo decal on there and you'll be straight.

yes, that is true but brembo's actually are functional.

well the reason most of us bought a tC is because we dont have the thousands to put into a car that comes with brmbos stock.

The paint is nice... a little too bright for me....personally id go with a darker red, or that golden brembo color hehe

shiny rims though!!!

looks great. I'm thinking about painting mine, only problem is i have no idea where to get pink paint... any ideas? I already talked to randy about this, and he said he'd keep his eye out. I'm planning on paintin all the accents pink...

I rather get a new brake kit that its has already been painted red. Now it looks like trying to get the porschey look

stock calipers on the tC are pretty tiny...i'd save up for a big brake kit.

I painted mine on Sat. as well. I was going to go with an original color like green metallic, but after taking off the wheels and seeing what I had to mask off just wasn't worth it. I will tell you one thing...I WILL NEVER PAINT CALIPERS AGAIN! It takes too long! I will post pix once I wash tC and learn how to post pix. (Man, was that confusing?!

)

you really got me there. it's funny how you go after the guy that doesn't drive a tc when two other members in here said it didn't look good. i marely said that i never understood the concept of painting stock calipers but yet you come after me like if i'm hating on him. posts like this is the reason why i love this site.

rsx_freak79- You stated "now slap a brembo decal..." sounded like hating. You gotta understand; We are like family here. We stick up for each other. I just got my windows tinted & new rims/tires. I'm poorer than poor now. I can't afford brembos. I'm not saying that painted calipers look awesome, but they do look good. Sorry about the miscommunication.
